Every month, Live on Loud — The Taylor Davis Foundation gives away a guitar to someone in Pulaski County and the surrounding communities who has the passion but not the access.

Nominate Someone Takes about 10 minutes. It could change their life.

Why we do it

Music shouldn't be a privilege.

Taylor believed music shouldn't be a privilege — it should be a right. That's why we started the Live on Loud Guitar Giveaway Initiative: to put guitars in the hands of kids and young adults who are music-hungry but held back by cost, or by a school program that just can't stretch far enough.

One guitar. Every month. Straight into the hands of someone who needs it.

Know someone who fits the bill?

The band-class kid

A student who lights up every single time band class comes around.

The self-taught one

A kid teaching themselves on a borrowed guitar with two broken strings.

The one who's never had the chance

Someone who hasn't been able to touch an instrument at all — but you can tell music is already part of who they are.

The one finding their way back

Someone who plays but hasn't been able to for personal reasons, and this would help them on their life journey.

Nominations are open now

Submit a nomination through our form — it only takes about 10 minutes.

Winners announced monthly

A winner is announced on the last day of every month.

Nominations roll over

If your nomination isn't chosen for a given month, it stays in the running for the next one.
